Rules & Regulations

Team Formation

  • Each team may consist of a maximum of 1 to 4 students.
  • Students may participate in only one team.
  • Teams must register before the registration deadline.

Project Development

  • Development must take place during the official hackathon period.
  • Projects must be original; plagiarism results in immediate disqualification.
  • Teams may use open-source libraries, frameworks, and APIs.

Artificial Intelligence Usage

  • AI tools may be used as assistants during development.
  • Participants must be able to explain every aspect of their project.
  • Projects must demonstrate meaningful student contribution and understanding.

Submission Requirements

Each team must submit the following materials at the end of the sprint:

  • Working prototype / application
  • Project summary
  • Presentation slides (if applicable)
  • Source code (where applicable)

Code of Conduct

  • Participants must maintain respectful and professional behaviour.
  • School property and equipment must be used responsibly.
  • Any form of misconduct may lead to disqualification.
  • Students should enter the venue in a proper dress code.
